1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Sellers are required to deliver custom digital content to buyers within up to four (4) days from the time the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • The delivery timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the content or specific buyer requests. However, sellers must communicate any potential delays in advance to avoid disputes.

2. Delivery Method

  • All digital content must be delivered through the secure messaging or file-sharing system within SpitOut.com.
  • Sellers and buyers are strictly prohibited from exchanging personal contact information for the purpose of content delivery outside the platform, as this compromises security and violates our terms of service.

3. Confirmation of Delivery

  • Once the seller has delivered the content, buyers will be notified and can review the delivered content.
  • Buyers must confirm receipt of the content within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within this period may result in automatic confirmation of delivery by the system.

4. Revisions

  • If the buyer requests revisions to the content, the seller must complete these revisions within the original or an extended mutually agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Sellers should clearly state their revision policy in their listing, including the number of revisions offered and any additional fees, if applicable.

5. Late Delivery

  • If a seller fails to deliver the content within the agreed timeframe (up to four days), the buyer may request a cancellation and refund.
  • Sellers are encouraged to communicate any unforeseen delays to the buyer as soon as possible to prevent order cancellations.

6. Non-Delivery

  • In the event of non-delivery, where the seller does not provide the content within the agreed timeframe and no communication has been made, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
  • Repeated non-delivery incidents may result in penalties or removal of the seller from the platform.

7. Quality Assurance

  • All sellers are expected to deliver high-quality content as per the buyer’s request. Any significant deviation from the agreed-upon order may result in a dispute and potential refund to the buyer.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • If there is a dispute regarding the quality or delivery of content, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through communication.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, SpitOut.com’s customer service team will review the case and make a final determination based on the evidence provided by both parties.

By placing an order on SpitOut.com, buyers agree to the delivery timeframe and policies outlined above. Sellers are responsible for adhering to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
