- Buyer Payments: Buyers must make payments via the credit card processing options provided on SpitOut.com. Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
- Seller Fees: Sellers are charged a 25% commission on the total transaction amount for each completed sale. There are no additional withdrawal fees when sellers transfer funds to their personal accounts.
- Refund Policy: SpitOut.com operates with a no-refund policy for delivered custom digital content. Once the content is delivered and confirmed by the buyer, the transaction is final. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
6. Digital Content Delivery
- Sellers are required to deliver custom content within up to four (4) days of receiving an order. Buyers will be notified once the content is delivered.
- Buyers are expected to confirm receipt of the content within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within this period may result in automatic confirmation by the system.
- Sellers and buyers must comply with the Digital Content Delivery Policy. If disputes arise regarding content quality or delivery, SpitOut.com’s customer support team will intervene.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpitOut.com:
- Using the platform for illegal activities, including, but not limited to, fraud, money laundering, and human trafficking.
- Exploiting any part of the platform for the distribution of unauthorized or pirated content.
- Using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform or manipulate features like reviews, ratings, or rankings.
